I played this game on my friends devise and it ran perfect... On mine it crashes at the title screen. Must be fixed!

Cool style with a great soundtrack and simple to use gameplay makes a fun iPhone game!

This game is perfect for when I desire a quick game without getting into a deeper, more challenging game. The gameplay is simple but the app itself is well polished and unique. Maybe another soundtrack piece or two would be nice but the one piece included is excellent and fits the premise of the game well...

It never gets old. Just one more time…Ill get farther…farther…farther…

Very quick and easy. One word to describe it. JUICY! But seriously, I want a story line and actually a point of playing.

Love playing this game in those few minutes of spare time. I wish there was a way to turn off the vibration when a building is collapsing though.

I dont recommend this game at all. Its very boring and there is no plot and all you do is run. The f/x and music are crap and the game has crashed on me numerous times for days at a time. It is also expensive, totally not worth what you pay for. It should be free. I wouldve have given it 0 stars if it were an option.

Visuals very choppy in parts. Detracts from what could be fun. Literally causes nausea if played too long.

Canabalt introduces the art of a original 16 bit game, adds it with the simplicity of a one touch (button) game, and has a sci-fi background which makes sense for the game because you are trying to escape,from whatever. There is really only one thing that doesnt stand out, but could be added or fixed, would be a storyline. Yeah so Im running, from what exactly? There should be a campaign mode with a story, now thatll put it on the top charts! All in all, this games visuals are original and retro, adding an experience like no other. This game, is definitely, worth, the money (spend all your moneys on this game!).

Really fun game. Addictive gameplay, and great graphics. Some people say that it needs a story, but just look at whats happening in the background; robots destroying the earth, buildings collapsing and lots of explosions. A big problem is how much money it costs. $2.99 for a game with only one mode. Add another mode (something like a falldown inspired mode or boss fight etc.) and Ill raise my rating from four  to five . If not another mode, lower the price.

The pc version was absoluetly stunning, simple. This version though has some little touches that in my opinion detract from the game, in this version you can hold to jump higher, while pc only had 1 jump height no matter what, timing was critical but with the 2 jump heights in this version it takes away alot of that. Theres also some newer death quotes and little, but noticeable changes in gameplay. What challenge i loved from the pc version was tooken away creating a much more steady and altogether bland game. I would love a classic version were its exactly the same as the original, same jump height, same quotes, same challenge.

Its a must have for iOS. I have hundreds of games and this the coolest play for casual gaming. Unfortunately the sound effects are not playing under iOS 5. The awesome soundtrack still works though. Please fix this imperfection in an otherwise excellent game.

one of the worst game ive played..(probably worst on earth) This game has no content whatsoever what you do is just run music is creppy, makes me uncomfortable too seriously at this point, id rather throw my 2.99 into the ocean but still not buying this game real crap... these reviews are just lies, i hate you guys, give me back my 2.99

The game was great until iOS 5 which broke the sound, now I cant hear anything.

iOS5 seems to have broken the sound effects, one of the crucial elements of this game. The general atmosphere and level of enjoyment that I derived from this game came partially from the awesome sounds effects, especially the tip tap of the runners feet. You guys need to fix this up ASAP.

Wtf I payed 3 bucks for this? I only bought it because it was feature on super crate box, should be 0.99 at full price I wouldnt recommend this game
